Your Order Cancellation Rights

Memberships and Event Participation orders cannot be cancelled once booked with us, this because memberships are opportunities for you to get member bargains and early bird offers on subsequent events. Membership contributions go towards the management and upkeep of the infrastructure of OWSF and support the objectives of the community.

Also, we don’t allow cancellation of event enrollments as there is a certain amount paid to third party support providers the cost of which is split on a critical number of event sign ups. These are logistical costs where commitments and payouts are upfront to confirm the support infrastructure.

Requests for cancellation will not be entertained and the amount paid for events or memberships need to be forfeited.
